(IKTVA) program is an essential tool and a unique part of any technical evaluation in all major client’s procedure and FNCC could provide its expertise to support its principle’s to on this.

Increased recruitment
FIRST NATIONAL COMMERCIAL COMPANY (FNCC) Human Resources department is focused on employing local citizens for any open position on projects, or corporate roles. The recruiter works with each available position to ensure that they maximize the positions that can be filled with Saudi nationals. This will be done as a combination of employing high level skills into the organization as well as identifying younger Saudi nationals that can be trained or developed to fill the roles in the organization.
Development
Part of the process of increasing the number of employees that are local staff is through the development and growth of local professionals and our graduate training program. FIRST NATIONAL COMMERCIAL COMPANY (FNCC) will utilize its in-house expertise as well as that of external training centers, to ensure the development of its Saudi staff in specific areas.
Each year FNCC will have a budget to employ and develop a number of newly graduated Saudi professionals.
